STAR CROSSED

She was 21; a Graduate. She wanted to take care of people. She never wanted to give up on the boy on the Wheelchair.

He wanted no one. He was 23; A Graduate, a Philanthropist and a Survivor on the Wheelchair. He never wanted anyone to take care of him.

Star Crossed!

His parents introduced him to the Girl; a caretaker. She was keen on working for him, to get him out of that Highly technical but an ugly looking wheelchair. He acted as the most uninterested boy who was happiest sitting on that. He had given up; Given up on everything. Wanted to live as long as life allows him to. 

        She had no idea what she was doing. Used to take him to parks, lake side and to witness every scenic beauty possible in the world but nothing changed. Every time he smiled and taunted,"What is a Cheerful Girl doing in these Gloomy Lands?" She answered him,"To cure somebody." He never replied to those words. 

         The Anniversary Party, the Rains outside and the Dance floor inside. The GIRL in the BLACK DRESS. He never expected himself to look back twice to the Girl who acted as a crazy cartoon character everyday and was still a fan of "Charlie Brown". The boy on the wheelchair didn't even blink once. For the first time in 2 years his eyes sparkled. She came and sat next to him. She couldn't believe her ears "You look beautiful",he said. 

          He offered his hand to her, she sat on his Lap and they Danced the whole night. His parents were amazed. They never knew this could happen. At the end of the Party she was again a caretaker who took him back to his bed and put him to sleep; nursing him like Every night. He couldn't sleep. He had no idea. Those hands which were nursing him didn't seem the same. They felt magical. The BOY on the WHEELCHAIR could feel himself walking and tapping his feet. 

          He woke up next morning by her voice and he never knew he could feel this way. She had brought him a Fortune cookie too. It said 'It will never be the same for you'. He couldn't understand what was going on with him and he just wanted to think; Think twice,thrice,four times. She took him to the park and started talking about the last night.What struck his Eardrums was,"I never knew you could dance like this. You were amazing. I might just have fallen for you", she laughed. He heard it right. For the first time they held hands and looked at each other like never before. 

           She was 21 loving her technical, gloomy yet lovable life. Taking him to watch those scenes was her best task for everyday. It was snowing outside yet they decide to go to the lake side to try and build a snowman."As you like it",he said and thought to himself 'this is the day'.Car Driving. Who knew they would end up in a hospital. Emergency lights on, nurses and doctors working hard. In the end when the lights went off, she held his hands, smiled, promised and the line on the screen went straight with a beep. Doctors said,"Time of Death 07:06 PM".

            HE could never say it because He never had the chance to do so. she went with that never ending Smile. The BOY on the WHEELCHAIR;The Stunning Girl in the Black Dress.
